Publication of Contracts, Orders and Invoices

The Slovak Institute of Metrology publishes orders and invoices based on Act No. 546/2010 Coll. of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, which amends Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, and which also amends and supplements certain other laws. Article III, point 2 of this Act supplements Act No. 211/2000 Coll. of the National Council of the Slovak Republic on Free Access to Information by adding Sections 5a and 5b, which impose an obligation on obligated entities (including the Slovak Institute of Metrology) to publish orders and invoices on their website.

Central Register of Contracts

The Central Register of Contracts (CRZ) is a list of contracts concluded by ministries, central government authorities, public institutions, and their subordinate organizations since January 1, 2011. The Slovak Institute of Metrology (SMÚ) publishes its concluded contracts in the CRZ, and these published contracts generally become effective the day after their publication in the CRZ, in accordance with Act No. 546/2010 Coll. Contracts concluded before December 31, 2010, can be found in the old contract list.
