The Slovak Institute of Metrology (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute") is a public contracting authority pursuant to Section 7(1)(a) of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on amendments to certain laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act"). The Institute publishes information and documents related to the public procurement process in accordance with the Public Procurement Act on its profile on the website of the Public Procurement Office.
